TERMS AND CONDITIONSOrder
- The order will be shipped within 21 days from the date of order provided that the merchandise is in stock and the order itself has been cofirmed with email.
- If the order has not been sent within 21 days from the date of purchase, you may cancel it. To cancel the order please contact Customer Support. In case of cancellation, i4poker will return the VIPs paid for the order to the Customer's account.
- i4poker takes reservation for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by discontinued products or the stock handling of its suppliers.
- i4poker takes reservation for price differences which are caused by wrong currency exchanges, price coding, server communications, etc.
Confirmation
- The customer will receive an unique order number which is not equal with order confirmation and should not be treated as such. Please save the order number in case of any issues regarding the order.
- i4poker will send an order confirmation within 24 hours from the time of the purchase provided that the products listed in the order are in stock. If any of the ordered products is out of stock i4poker will inform the Customer about this fact.
- The order confirmation contains information only about general availability of the ordered products, it does not take into account information about colour, size and any other properties of the ordered products. If a product with properties specified by the Customer is not available, i4poker will inform the Customer about this fact within one working day from the date of the purchase.
Shipping
- Postage and packing fees are included in the price of the products therefore i4poker will not introduce any extra charges for the shipment.
- i4poker will not cover any duty or customs taxes. If any duty or customs taxes occur, it is the customer's resposibility to cover them.
- i4poker accepts full economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport.
- Due to many returns, i4poker reserves the right to refuse the shipment of electronic equipment to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan.
Return/Claims Policy
- Customer has the right to return undamaged and unused products, provied that the product is unused and in undamaged state and in its original package (seals/plastic cannot be broken).
- To return the product Customer must inform Customer Support about this fact within 14 days from the date of reception of the order.
- Subject to clause 5. below, i4poker will not cover the shipment cost for the returned products. Return against cash on delivery will not be accepted.
- i4poker guarantees that the products i4poker guarantees that the products from its stock are free from flaws at the time of the delivery.
- A defect or a wrongly supplied product should be sent to i4poker which will cover the costs of shipping (note that products sent without prior notice will not be accepted).

- If the Customer does not collect his order from the post office and it is returned to the sender, i4poker reserves its right to bill the Customer with all costs that appear when handling the order and shipment.
